Not at all. I build programs for home, gym, and hybrid setups. During our intake call we'll figure out what equipment you have access to and design everything around that.

Most clients notice meaningful changes in energy and strength within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically show up between weeks 4–8, depending on your starting point and consistency.

Complete beginners are welcome — actually, they often get the fastest results. Your program will be built from the ground up with your experience level in mind, with full technique guidance included.

You get a custom program and nutritional support delivered digitally, weekly check-ins via a short form, and direct messaging access to me throughout the week. You will also gain access to recipe books & resources designed to help you understand how to get results that last.
